ILK provides residents with 24/7 security services through MonJon.

 

Security can be contacted by calling xx xxxx xxxx or by pressing "Security" on one of the intercoms at the building entrances and Building Management Office.

They can be contacted to assist with a wide range of issues such as:

  • After hours noise disturbances within the building.

  • Inappropriate behaviour e.g. smoking in common areas.

  • Suspicious behaviour e.g. a potential trespasser.

  • Urgent building issues after hours, such as a leak on common property.

  • Access to your floor if you are locked out (will require proof of residence)

 

In case of an emergency such as fire, injury or life threatening situations, call 000 immediately.​
