DELIVERIES

Receiving Deliveries

​

  • Any food deliveries left on common property will be disposed of if not collected within 4 hours.

  • Any large items left on common property will be removed, and any associated costs will be passed on to the lot responsible for the delivery.

  • Items addressed to people who do not legally reside in the building will be rejected and/or disposed of.​

Clara Tower Mail Room

Clara Tower Residents have access to a secure mail room to receive deliveries and help store them securely until they can be collected.  Please read below for further information about how the delivery system operates.

WHAT CAN BE LEFT IN THE MAIL ROOM:

In order for a delivery to be placed in the mail room, it must meet the following criteria:​

​

  • Addressed to a lot in Clara Tower

  • Not larger than 40cm in width, height and depth.

  • Not greater than 10kg in weight.

​

Deliveries that do not meet the above will not be accepted as they present a health and safety risk.  They CANNOT be left in common areas and the delivery driver will be directed to take the item away with them.   Deliveries not collected promply will be donated or disposed of.
