APARTMENT UTILITIES
Below are the important services that you would need to get your utilities set up.
With the exception of your gas supply (which is included in your Owners Corporation fees), services are set up with private accounts for each lot. Any issues with service connection or delivery of services should first be addressed with the service provider before contacting Building Management.

Electricity
Electricity is supplied through an Embedded Supply Network operated by Energy-On.

Gas
Gas is not individually metered per apartment and supply is included as part of each lot's Owners Corporation levies.

Hot Water​
Clara Tower has a central hot water system which supplies apartments with hot water. Supply is through Energy-On. To set up your account, visit: https://www.energyon.com.au/

Townhouses and Park Apartments have their own private hot water supply and should speak directly with their provider of choice.
Internet
Internet can be setup using whichever provider best suits your personal requirements from any NBN reseller.​
Water
Water to the building is provided by South East Water.
